SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping destinations
We currently ship to Italy and selected countries within the European Union. Available destinations and shipping options are displayed at checkout.
Order processing
In-stock orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Preorders
Products marked as “preorder” are not immediately available for shipment. The estimated shipping period will be clearly indicated on the relevant product page before purchase.
Preorder dates are estimates and may change due to production, quality-control or transportation delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
If an order contains both in-stock and preorder products, the entire order may be shipped together when all items become available, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping promotion or minimum-order threshold will be clearly shown on the website or during checkout.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery estimates are displayed at checkout and begin from the date the order is shipped, not from the date the order is placed.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, high-volume periods, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@1938mp.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Tracking and delivery issues
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, or if the shipment appears significantly delayed, contact us at info@1938mp.com, quoting your order number.
We will assist you in contacting the carrier and investigating the shipment.
Damaged or incorrect orders
